Private beta for macOS
Understand what your YouTube time is doing.
Dyla turns your watch history into a local learning library: what was useful, what you retained, and what was just noise.
What it does
A small set of tools for making your watching more intentional.
-
Review your history
Bring watched videos into one searchable desktop library.
-
Separate signal from noise
Use transcript analysis to spot useful learning and low-value scrolling.
-
Check retention
Create quick quizzes from videos you actually want to remember.
Install
This beta is unsigned, so macOS may ask you to confirm the first launch.
- 1 Download the DMG and drag Dyla into Applications.
- 2 If macOS blocks it, right-click Dyla and choose Open.
- 3 If needed, approve it from Privacy & Security in System Settings.
Manual updates
Download the latest DMG and replace the old app when a new build is available. Your local Dyla data remains in macOS app storage.
